Purpose of the role:
As the Head of Revenue for our London based properties, you will lead the creation and execution of our revenue and occupancy strategy across Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-living, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping revenue performance, driving leasing velocity, and supporting market leading results across all assets in the region.
You will bring deep expertise in the student accommodation sector, including London specific market nuances, such as the London Plan, and key demand drivers, combined with knowledge of the broader rental and lettings sector.
Working closely with onsite teams, marketing, operations, and senior leadership, you will implement strategic sales initiatives, and nurture key partnerships to maximise revenue.
This is a London based role with a requirement to be based in the city full time. National travel will be required for client meetings, partnership engagement, and collaboration with wider business teams.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Team
- Lead and manage aligned Revenue Managers.
- Drive KPI performance, accountability, and ownership through supportive leadership.
- Conduct regular 1-1s, setting realistic SMART goals for your team.
- Work closely with the Operational teams to ensure the teams are aligned and working collaboratively to suit the needs of the business.
Strategy
- Responsible for the occupancy and revenue performance across all aligned PBSA, BTR and Co-Living properties.
- Monitor key sales metrics and demographic indicators throughout the cycle, identifying and acting on trends, risks and opportunities.
- Create and deliver an effective outreach strategy with local universities, education partners and corporate organisations to strengthen relationships and secure commercial agreements.
- Review internal processes and ways of working, recommending and implementing enhancements where required.
- Support the Mobilisation team in the lease up and onboarding of new London schemes, providing expert market knowledge and competitive insight to achieve occupancy targets.
- Support the team in the creation of required affordable housing plans and delivery mechanisms.
Clients
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Escalation points for all sales & revenue concerns across aligned sites.
- Sales & revenue lead at client meetings, delivering relevant updates and expert insights.
- Support the Business Development team as required at tender and onboarding meetings.
Market Knowledge
- Use internal and external datasets to provide market intelligence and trend analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce regular London specific performance and market insight updates, covering micro-locations in both the Student and PRS markets.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor activity, legislative changes, student demographics and economic factors impacting demand and pricing.
- Attendance at relevant sector events to gain insight and enhance relationships.

- Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy.
- To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues.
- Support at key open days/check in weekends as required.

Required Skills
- Significant experience in PBSA lettings, or sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of the London student market, key universities, and education partnerships.
- Demonstrable experience delivering sales and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing high performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong numeracy and data interpretation skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within Co-Living and Build to Rent sectors.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance and London Affordable Housing requirements.
