Internal Contacts in this role are included but not limited to central lettings and sales teams, operational teams, portfolio managers, central marketing team, Harrogate & Liverpool central office teams.
External Contacts in this role are included but not limited to residents and prospective tenants, event guests, local letting agents, international booking agents, visitors, third party suppliers, contractors & clients.
Purpose of the role:
To provide essential administrative support to the lettings and property management team, ensuring smooth progression of tenancies and compliance with legislation. This role is office based and focuses on rent collection, inventory and inspections oversight, documentation review, system updates, resident experience and complaint handling, along with ad hoc administrative tasks, helping the wider team deliver a seamless service to residents and landlords.
Main Duties:
Other duties may be requested from time to time. In order for Homes for Students to work effectively, you may be required to assist with other areas of work and therefore, you should be prepared to undertake other duties appropriate to the post, as delegated by your line manager.
